Free to start. No card.
Your trade business, online before the next call.
ServiceBase writes a site for the work you do, hosts it, and files every quote request in a list you can actually work. The AI that runs the rest of the business is the paid plan later. This part is free.

Signup to a site you can send to a customer.
Three steps. The page is public when you finish the form. Not in business yet? Start a business is the wizard and the trade, state, and city guides: a name, the filing, a free EIN, the license check, and a site with the city filled in.
01
Tell us the trade
Name, city, phone, and the jobs you actually take. A logo is optional.
02
Get a public site
Hero, services, service area, about, sample reviews, and a quote form. Mobile-ready, with a real title and description for search.
03
Catch the lead
Someone requests a quote on the site. It lands in your list with a name, a way to reach them, the message, and a status.
Built for the truck, not the boardroom.
Pick the trade you drive, including a winter route, and start the site from that card.

The free offer starts with the site and the lead list. The rest is named here so it is not pretended in the product.
Website
In this versionA one-page site written from your business details. Edit the words, or ask a model to rewrite a section when an AI Gateway key is set.
Lead list
In this versionQuote requests stay on your account. Mark them new, contacted, quoted, won, or lost. That list is the start of the CRM.
A public address
In this versionEach business is served at its own URL. A custom domain is the next piece of the free bundle, not part of this release.
AI marketing
LaterCampaigns stay out of this version. Later, a monthly plan is meant to cover an AI bot that runs follow-up and the rest of the desk.

Questions from owners
The short answers. The same questions are in the page schema.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Create the account with an email and a password. The website and the quote list in this version are free.
What if there is no AI key?
The site still publishes. It is written from your name, trade, city, and services. An AI Gateway key is only for rewriting a section later.
Can I change the words?
Yes. The dashboard edits each section of the page. Sample reviews stay labeled as samples until you replace them.
Who is ServiceBase for?
ServiceBase is for home-service owners: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, window cleaning, power washing, painting, pest control, handyman, garage door, appliance repair, junk removal, pool service, gutter cleaning, tree service, snow removal, and holiday lighting. One business per account in this version.
Where do quote requests go?
They land in your dashboard with a name, a way to reach the person, the message, and a status you can move from new to won or lost. They are not sold to other companies.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. The public site is a page on ServiceBase. The business record has a place for a custom domain later. This version does not connect one.
Have a site up, then decide if you want the bot.
No subscription to publish. You can edit the copy yourself.
